Miss October is Noelle 'Ellie Girl' Spruce. Noelle is one of Santa's personal tailors. It's her responsibility to keep his flight suits in tip top shape. She's also on the team that designs the uniforms worn by the elf workers in the Christmas Village. In her spare time Noelle sews costumes for herself and friends participating in the Halloween Parade that kicks off the Autumn Festival each October 29 at the Toyland Faire grounds. Her handmade costumes are the best of the parade. She also teaches the class 'knitting Christmas stockings for beginners' every first and third Wednesday of the month at the Igloo Community Center. Her hobbies include reading ghost stories around campfires, riding Ferris wheels and bobbing for apples. Noelle's perfect date is an evening spent enjoying the rides, games and food at the Autumn Festival.
